Residents at Pioneer Tower enjoy various social activities including weekly outings to nearby cities (San Francisco, Lake Tahoe & Santa Rosa), frequent shopping trips to nearby malls, entertaining movies, and engaging special events for the various holidays. 

Your apartment includes a full kitchen, spacious closets, individual climate control, wall-to-wall carpeting and an emergency call system. All utilities are included in your monthly rent except the cable and telephone service.

Included in our fee is 24 hours a day maintenance staff to help maintain your apartment and the community's common areas.

The community has a convenient laundry area, a library, off-street parking for residents, a beauty/barber shop and recreation areas to get together with friends and family.

Lunch and dinner are served daily in our dining room.  We ask that you inform the staff ahead of time if you plan to have guests join you for a meal.

A Social Service Coordinator is available to residents to assist them in obtaining services that enable them to remain independent.  Our residents actively participate in RHF's Project H.A.N.D.S. program.
